1 Dec 2010 Hello everyone, New to NT. Im trying to develop a strategy using an ATR Trailing Stop indicator. Ive gotten the indicator loaded onto NT Charts. 8 Oct 2019 This is the Trailing stop that I tray to do. Once I enter short o long the stop loss should be placed at 1.7 x last candle ATR value. Then when the 7 Sep 2018 I struggle with a specific setup of trailing stop in Stops and Targets section. Unfortunately Thanks. I cannot select the ATR-indicator in the last screen of the strategy wizard ('Stop loss and profit targets'). I've also tried to enter the ATR-Trailing stop in the 'Conditions and Actions' section, but then the stop is not calculated from the last entry signal

However, finding the right stop isn't an easy task. Place your stop too close to your entry and you risk closing a trade before it has a time to turn profitable, place your stop too far from your entry, and you'll assume too much risk.
